Due to the constant expansion of the Service centre we are aiming to grow the number of MS Messaging specialists in our teams for this and next year.

Currently we are looking for MS Messaging Engineers:

The Messaging Technical Support Engineer focuses on continuous operations the MS Exchange Server. The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production environment.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Excellent knowledge in NT4.0/Win2000/Win2003, Exchange server 2000/2003 or 2007
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years practical experience in NT4.0/Windows200x administration and Messaging
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Service oriented behaviour and good communication skills to internal and external clients
• Fluent in English language
• Team player
• Willing to work on shifts

Preferred:

• Good understanding of high availability environments, MS Clustering
• Lotus Notes experience
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer
• Practical experience in Project Management
