We are looking for Senior Citrix Administrators with a minimum of 1 years experience in Citrix field and 3-5 years in Wintel
technology.

You will use your expertise to achieve high level of customer satisfaction by implementing/supporting state- of- art solutions
and minimizing the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer’s production environment. Your daily challenge will be
identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and
implementing changes, coordinating implementations and system management. You will work in environment where fast
educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from
Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.

Profile:

Essential:

• Excellent knowledge in Win2000/Win2003
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or
equivalent experience
• At least 3 years practical experience in Windows200x administration
• Excellent knowledge in Terminal Services.
• 1 year Citrix experience or relevant knowledge
• Fluent in English language
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Service oriented behaviour and good communication skills to internal and external clients
• Team player

Preferred:

• Citrix training and/or related exam certificates
• Enterprise support experience
• Good understanding of high availability environments
• Basic experience in Database administration with MS SQL
• Microsoft Certified System Engineer
