Sofiyska voda AD is the largest water utility company in Bulgaria providing water supply, wastewater and sewerage services for the city of Sofia and its surroundings


Due to forthcoming CC&B;(Customer Care and Billing) - ERP (Enterprise Recourse Planning) - OM (Operation Management) Integrated TurnKey Solution implementation we are looking to employ a highly motivated and experienced professional for the following position:

Senior Database Administrator


Responsibilities:

• Supports and administers the Intranet databases of Sofiyska Voda AD;
• Registers problems in the databases and ensures their immediate solving;
• Installs ORACLE, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, INGRES II, PROGRESS and other base products for the internal users;
• Responsible for the database maintenance and its security and protection;
• Creates log files to the different system models to control the accuracy of task implementation


Requirements
• Bachelor degree in computer science or other suitable subject;
• Excellent knowledge of the IT database software, the different Oracle databases, MSSQL;
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in managing various database systems;
• Experience in customer care and solving customers’ problems;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment


Advantage:
• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), and Oracle Certified Master (OCM);
• Good written and oral English skills
