We are developing mainly in the areas of IT Staffing Solutions and 24/7 Helpdesk services.\n\nWe are currently looking to recruit a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join our Helpdesk Support Team. \nThe team is part of our Sofia office, located in the Business Park of Sofia. You will be delivering remote software support to end user (clients based in the UK). As Helpdesk engineer you will be diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving 1st to 2nd Line queries.\n\nYou will possess experience in the following:\n\n- Excellent command of English\n- Background in 1st/2nd Line Support\n- Networking - TCP/IP WLAN, LAN ,WAN, MAN, SAN, PAN, VPN. Experience in Cisco environment would be beneficial.\n- Windows Server Active Directory; Windows Server Group Policy; Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007\n- Windows desktop operating systems and applications i.e. Windows XP, Windows Vista.
