We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Manager.\n\nThe Helpdesk Manager is to take charge of the company\'s Technical Team. The team consists of tree 1st Level engineers, helpdesk administrator and a couple of software developers. The desk is looking after various customers all located in the UK.\n\nAs an IT Manager you will posses:\n\n• Perfect Command of English\n• Strong technical background as a support engineer (1st to 3rd Level)\n• Strong managerial background\n• Experience working in Helpdesk Support environment both as a support engineer and Supervisor and/or higher managerial position\n• Good communicational and time management skills, as well as ability to work under pressure.\n\nHigher education/qualifications in the area of IT/Management would be considered advantageous.\n\nThe position offers:\n\n• Competitive remuneration package\n• Training and career-development opportunities\n• Long term commitment\n• Professional development and opportunity for personal growth in an international company\n\n\nIf you find this position of interest, we’ll be expecting your application!
