Our customer is currently recruiting 3rd Line Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their Sofia office.\n\nYou will be joining the company Helpdesk Team covering the 3rd Line Support quires. \nThis will involve receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that you give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level.\n\nYou would be proficient and well experienced in: \n\n• Perfect command of English language\n• Windows 2003/2008 Server 3rd line support experience\n• Exchange 2003 3rd Line support experience\n• Microsoft Desktop Operating System 3rd Line support experience\n• Experience in designing and deploying Windows It infrastructure solutions.\n \nExperience in any of the following areas will be beneficial:\n \n• VMware ESX Server\n• Cisco Switching/Firewall experience\n• Veritas/Symantec Backup Software\n• MS SQL Server\n• MS Dynamics CRM\n• MS Communication Server\n• MS Data Protection Manager\n• MS System Centre Products\n• Cisco Unity Phone systems\n• Exchange 2007 experience\n• HP Proliant Server Systems\n• HP Blade Server Technology\n• SAN Storage Technology\n\nAny IT Professional qualifications will be of benefit.\n\nThe company offer:\n\n• Work in an international environment\n• Training and career-development opportunities (As a golden partner of Microsoft and CISCO Systems we have a strong policy to encourage our employees to become Microsoft and/or Cisco certificate holders.)\n• Attractive remuneration package + additional health insurance package\n\nIf you are the right person for this position, don’t hesitate to contact us!
