He / She is responsible also for the day to day technical support, handling a wide range of technical issues from various customers in several countries. The job is in a delivery environment where time constraints are critical and contractual service levels must be met. Provide on-call services when required.\n\n\nTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\n• Minimum 2 years of experience in large production or complex environment\n• HP-UX configuration & administration\n• Clusters: Service Guard\n• Backup: HP Storage\n• Performance monitoring & analysis, network interfaces\n• Backup and Recovery strategies\n• Server installation and server configuration.\n• Problem resolution.
