Despark Ltd. Is a New Media Design & Development studio with offices in Sofia, Varna & London. The work that we do in the studio is split between our own projects (8 of us are currently working on a revolutionary large scale shopping website built entirely on flash/flex) as well as projects for a range of International corporations, local firms and celebrities.

We are a diverse team of 13 people with different interests, talents and experiences and are looking for new members to join our tightly-knit community.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and talented Web Designer to join our team at the Sofia Office located in “NDK”. Candidates for the Varna Office located in “Advokatskata Gradina” are also welcome.

We are looking for candidates who

• Have a high working level of knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Flash (Animation, not Actionscript). 3d Studio Max understanding/interest is a plus
• Have strong visual design skills, focus on details and quality, understanding of usability practices and experience with current front-end technologies
• Have experience with the entire design process, from wireframes through final implementation
• Have a working knowledge of English or the will to learn
• Enjoy and support working in a team environment and are able to communicate
• Are able to take responsibility for their work, schedule and deadlines.

A strong work ethic and commitment in projects will be rewarded. We are a young company, with great prospects and hugely commercial projects in the pipeline; now is the perfect time for those looking to establish themselves in a quickly emerging company.

What you will be doing at Despark

• Translate business requirements into innovative and usable designs for websites and web-based applications
• Communicate with programmers and develop concepts with technology in mind
• Animate your design concepts when developing flash sites.
