Job Description

SAP Application Engineer is responsible for identifying and solving problems and incidents in customer’s SAP application, keeping contact with the customer and understanding the customer's needs.
The main goal of the position is to know well the customer’s application environment to minimize its unplanned downtime, to improve and optimize it continuously and to achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction.
To assure this he will most of the times manage the customer’s SAP application remotely from EMEA Application Management Center in Bratislava.

Main responsibilities

• To identify and solve problems and incidents
• To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs
• To minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
• To improve and optimize customer’s application environment
• To achieve a high level of customer’s satisfaction

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
• Upper-intermediate knowledge of German
• Knowledge of SAP application (PP, MM, SD, FI, CO, WM), practical experience, at least two years
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Service oriented behaviour and communication
• Team player
• Willingness to work in shifts according the customers’ needs
