Service Desk Engineer with English language – Technical Center (Ref. No. SEN_SBE_SET0401)

Responsibilities:
• Incident Management (ensuring all alerts, issues are accurately logged, reported and escalated appropriately)
• Control of the internal and external service processes in case of failure
• Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information
• Single Point of Contact and Case Owner during execution and monitoring of customers Service Level Agreements
• First Clearing operation (removal of failures according to defined regulations and instructions)

Requirements:

• Excellent communications skills
• Knowledge of communications or IP technologies
• Analytical skills
• Fluent English is a must
